Important update: Roe Street Renovations

From 6 November 2023 until late February 2024, our Roe Street disability counselling rooms will be temporarily relocated for upgrades to our building.

Our team of counsellors and psychologists are experienced working with people with a diverse range of needs. We offer support to participants, their parents, carers, and other support people.

Frequent referral topics include:

  • Public and private concepts: this is the foundation to many topics, particularly, appropriate behaviours, protective education, sex, and consent.
  • Protective education: supporting personal safety, abuse interruption and prevention
  • Respectful relationships: supporting all aspects of developing and maintaining healthy relationships.
  • Consent
  • Sex and Sexuality
  • Puberty and Hygiene

Supported clinic visits

Appointments with your counsellor or educator can include supported clinic visits. You can speak to your counsellor or educator for more information.

We are registered with the NDIS. Please include this line item in your plan if you would like to access our service:

People 1st Programme

We offer free services for people who are at risk, are vulnerable or need immediate support. This programme is supported by the Department of Communities and you do not need to be with the NDIS to access our services. Please contact us for more information.
