Refund Policy

Product Sales

SHQ is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. A refund or exchange can be provided if a product is faulty or not as described. For example, if the product:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the description or doesn’t function as described
  • has a fault that cannot be easily fixed

SHQ assumes no responsibility for items lost and/or damaged caused by Australia Post or other couriers. We recommend all customers select a postage option that includes Extra Cover provided by Australia Post or other couriers. Additional costs may apply.

Courses

To be eligible for a refund for cancellation or to reschedule, your request must be received in writing by emailing the relevant contact person for the course no less than four (4) weeks before the commencement of the course. Contact details are listed on each course page.

Cancellation or rescheduling of courses with more than four (4) week’s notice will incur an administration charge of $50 plus GST.

Online courses are non-refundable.

Supervised Clinical Attachment

Rescheduling of supervised clinical attachment if requested in writing by emailing us at [email protected] and received more than 6 weeks before the commencement of the first session will be at no charge.

Cancellation more than six (6 )weeks before the commencement of the first session will incur an administration charge of $50 plus GST.

Cancellation or rescheduling with less than six (6) weeks’ notice of supervised clinical attachment will forfeit the practicum fees for each session cancelled or rescheduled.
