Cancellation or rescheduling with more than 4 weeks notice
Cancellation requests received in writing more than 4 weeks before the commencement of a face-to-face course will receive a full refund minus an administration charge of $50 plus GST. Rescheduling requests to a mutually agreed upon future course with more than 4 weeks notice will be at no charge.
Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 4 weeks notice
Cancellation requests received in writing less than 4 weeks before the commencement of a face-to-face course will receive a 50% refund. Rescheduling from one course date to another with less than four weeks notice will incur a $50 plus GST admin fee. If a medical certificate is provided for cancellation with less than 4 week’s notice the course fees will be refunded minus the $50 plus GST admin fee or rescheduled to a mutually agreed upon future course at no charge.
Online courses are non refundable.
Supervised Clinical Attachment
Cancellation or rescheduling with more than 4 weeks notice
Cancellation requests more than 4 weeks before the commencement of the first session will be fully refunded except for an administration charge of $50 plus GST. Rescheduling of a supervised clinical attachment more than 4 weeks before the commencement of the first session is at no charge.
Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 4 weeks notice
Cancellation or rescheduling of a supervised clinical attachment with less than 4 weeks notice will forfeit the fees for each session cancelled or rescheduled unless a medical certificate is presented. With a medical certificate, cancelled sessions will be refunded minus a $50 plus GST admin fee. Rescheduling will be at no charge.
