Sexual Health Quarters (or SHQ) have opened our youth clinic on Thursday nights!

SHQ has a range of resources to support your sexual health and wellbeing before, during, and after you get home from Leavers.

Sexual Health Helpline
The SHQ Sexual Health Helpline is a free and confidential service providing information and advice on sexual health, including contraception, sexually transmissible infections, emergency contraception, and PrEP.

Counselling
SHQ offers accessible and non-judgemental counselling services where sexual health, relationship and unintended pregnancy issues can be talked through in a safe and confidential environment.

Youth Sexual Health Clinic
Every Thursday night SHQ runs a dedicated youth clinic for people aged 14 to 18.
Anyone aged 18 or under will have no out-of-pocket cost for general consultations and low-cost procedure appointments.

Telehealth Appointments
SHQ provides a range of appointments over phone and video call, including:
- Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP)
- STI screening (no symptoms)
- Contraceptive advice
- Unintended pregnancy and medical abortion
- Counselling

1800 4 Choice is a free helpline providing confidential advice and support to people experiencing unplanned pregnancy.
