Introducing SHQ’s new CEO
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Alison Kelly as the new Chief Executive Officer of Sexual Health Quarters.
Alison brings the experience, values and leadership style needed to guide SHQ into our next chapter. Alison is a highly respected for‑purpose leader with a wealth of experience across health, disability, mental health and community services, and a strong track record of leading organisations through complexity while keeping people and purpose at the centre.
Alison joins SHQ following several years as Chief Executive Officer of Therapy Focus, and previously Directions Disability Support Services. Across these roles, she has led large, multidisciplinary teams, worked closely with Boards and government, and is recognised for building strong, values‑led cultures grounded in clinical and service excellence. Alison also brings deep understanding of government‑funded and regulated environments.
We sincerely thank Debra for her leadership, commitment and outstanding contribution to SHQ. Her dedication has left a lasting positive impact on our organisation, our people and the communities we support, and we are truly grateful for everything Debra has given during their time as CEO.
