If you have travelled from NSW, South Australia, Victoria or overseas in the last 14 days, are in mandatory quarantine, or are experiencing respiratory symptoms, please do not attend our clinic in person. Ring 9227 6177 to make a phone appointment, or to reschedule an existing appointment. Thank you.
Our drop-in clinic (for people without symptoms) has recently changed the way it operates. We are now offering limited SAME DAY appointments. Please call us on 9227 6177 from 9am to book your appointment. Walk-in clients may be seen if space allows.
These clinics are for people who don’t have any symptoms. If you do have symptoms, such as a rash, itchiness, lumps or discharge, OR someone you have had sex with has told you they have an STI please make an appointment with one of our doctors. If you do attend with symptoms, the nurse will decide if SHQ is the right place to help you. Sometimes we may ask you to come back later, on another day or go to another health service.
Please don’t pass urine (have a wee) for 2 hours before your appointment.
For information about costs please visit our Clinic Costs page. Concessions may apply for clients aged under 25 and anyone with a Government concession or health care card.
Please note drop-in clinics may be staffed by male and female clinicians. Clients may also request a clinical observer if they wish. Please discuss this when booking if you would like more information.
