National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

What is the NDIS?

NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is an independent agency established to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. You can contact them if you have concerns with any of the service providers and supports that you receive. Click the link below for more information.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding for counselling. However, it must be included in your NDIS plan for you to be able to access this service.

If you do not have counselling under capacity Building (Daily Activities) in your current NDIS plan and would like to have it included, please let us know on 9227 6414. We will be able to provide the NDIS with a quote that you can use when your plan is reviewed. Your support coordinator may request a ‘change of circumstance’ plan review with the NDIS.

Service Booking: Unit Rate:
1 hour - Direct one to one counselling Sessions $156.16
30 minutes per session - non-direct services* $78.08
1 hour - Final Report as required by NDIS $156.16

*This price is a guide only – non-direct service time will be adjusted dependent on the session. Non-direct service can include but is not limited to notes time and preparation for session.
