How do I order resources from SHQ?
Depending on what you would like to order, there are different methods for ordering resources.

Orders can be collected from SHQ at 70 Roe Street, Northbridge, or posted to you.
Please read our Refund Policy before placing an order.
Where do we post?
We can post most orders throughout Australia, however, some resources (e.g. condom donations) can only be supplied to organisations in Western Australia. This is specified on the relevant order forms.
If you live outside Australia, please contact the Library & Resource Centre via our contact form to enquire if we can post to your country and what costs may be involved.
What postage methods are available?
Orders are sent via Australia Post and prices are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Postage includes tracking, and optional signature on delivery and/or extra cover are available.
Registered or Express post can be arranged by request, please contact the Library & Resource Centre via our contact form for assistance.
Are orders covered for loss or damage during postage?
SHQ assumes no responsibility for loss or damage caused by Australia Post or other couriers. Extra cover for items lost or damaged in transit is not included in the standard postage price, except for orders totalling less than $100.00.
For orders over $100.00, please contact the Library & Resource Centre via our contact form if you would like the cost of extra cover included in your postage.
Do any orders qualify for reduced postage?
Reduced postage costs for free resources (e.g. services brochures, condom donations) may be negotiated, please contact the Library & Resource Centre via our contact form to discuss your situation.
Payments can be made by credit/debit card (VISA and Mastercard only) and bank transfer.
Organisations are able to place an order through our online shop with a purchase order number and be issued with an invoice.
In person payment for resource orders is currently unavailable, orders for collection can be paid in advance using one of the methods above.
The SHQ Library & Resource Centre has a selection of sexual health resources for sale, including books and teaching materials.

All of our brochures, information sheets and posters can be viewed online, and downloaded as PDFs for you to save/print for non-commercial use.

Printed copies of our SHQ Services brochure and wallet card are available for free in limited quantities. These free resources are currently only available to organisations based in Western Australia.
Please note: Due to limited numbers of stock and the high volume of requests, not all requests for free resources can be granted.

EmbraceU
EmbraceU is a digital information and resource platform providing sexual health and blood-borne virus information for the trans, gender diverse & non-binary community, allies and healthcare providers.
SHQ is able to provide limited quantities of condoms at no cost. These free resources are currently only available to organisations based in Western Australia.
SHQ can supply expired condoms (stock permitting) for demonstration purposes (i.e. educational demonstrations in showing the correct technique for using condoms).

If you are requesting free resources for an event (i.e. condoms and/or service brochures/wallet cards), please be aware that due to high demand for resources, only one request per organisation/school, per event can be filled.
