COVID-19 Policy and Information

We are open and providing quality care in-person at our Northbridge Clinic and via telehealth appointment.

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been directed to isolate by Department of Health, do not attend your appointment – get a PCR test at your nearest clinic and quarantine/isolate as directed.

Our priority at Sexual Health Quarters is keeping everyone safe. We are adhering to all WA Health Department hygiene and PPE guidelines, this ensures we can continue to provide safe, accessible, and affordable healthcare.

Requirements

Surgical masks need to be worn at all times on SHQ premises.

Support persons may be asked to wait outside for the duration of your appointment due to room capacity limits, even if they provide proof of vaccination.

Vaccination Policy

You do not need to be vaccinated to attend your appointment at Sexual Health Quarters, however we will ask for your vaccination status upon arrival. This ensures the safety of our clients and staff and will not affect the care and privacy you receive.

Due to indoor capacity limits, you may be required to wait outside until your clinician is ready. Please ensure all forms from our clinic have been completed and submitted prior to your appointment to limit delays.

Support persons must provide proof of vaccination to enter the building.
